forthcoming "Plaza" retirement community in Orlando Florida.
Utilizing URNetSolutions professional graphic design capabilities,
OLT was able to present a comprehensive overview of "The Plaza"
to prospective clients. |

The
main goal in this project was to create a warm and friendly environment
for the prospective client to inform themselves about OLT's newest
developments.
Choosing
a light red color scheme provides a warm and caring but elegant
feel to this site. The warm and caring feel to the site allows
the user to feel less anxious about the inherently stressful
process of planning for retirement.

The
site strives to provide a simple and intuitive navigation scheme.
Targeting an older audience required very basic methodologies
which also adds to the simple elegance of the site design.

Floor-plan
walk throughs

URNetSolutions
also developed an interactive Floor-plan walk through that allows
site visitors to move from room to room and pan around each room.
Users
can also click on any part of the floor plan to automatically
jump to the room.
